SKILLS
1. Digital Industry

The team needs to develop a digital twin, conduct offline programming and virtual testing of the production process in the digital twin, with the transfer of control programs to real equipment via IoT, collect digital analytics and optimize production
2. Additive manufacturing

Participants will need to digitally develop programs for 3D printers and robots to produce products using additive technologies and print the required parts.
3. Lean manufacturing

The teams will receive a digital production model. Their task is to analyze its condition with Lean Six Sigma tools in the LSS software, make improvements, re—analyze and compile a presentation report.
4. Robotic Welding

The tasks include creating a digital twin of a robotic welding cell, offline programming of the welding process, uploading control programs to real equipment, and performing the robotic welding process.
